Khúc bánh bông lan cuộn nho tươi hấp dẫn thơm lừng vị trứng sữa kết hợp với chút chua chua ngọt ngọt của nho, chanh hay sữa chua Greek chắc chắn sẽ làm bạn bất ngờ đấy! Cùng mình vào bếp thực hiện món ăn này ngay nhé.
Nho tươi mua về bạn rửa thât sạch rồi lột vỏ từng trái, sau đó cắt đôi và bỏ hạt.
Tách để riêng lòng đỏ và lòng trắng của 3 quả trứng gà sau đó cho 20gr đường nâu + 40ml sữa tươi ít béo + 2 muỗng canh nước cốt chanh tươi vào âu lòng đỏ trứng rồi dùng phới đánh cho thật đều.
Sau đó bạn cho 60gr bột gạo vào trộn cho hỗn hợp thật đều và mịn. Dùng máy đánh bông 3 lòng trắng trứng rồi cho tiếp 20gr đường nâu còn lại vào đánh đến khi tạo chóp nhọn.
Bạn chia hỗn hợp lòng trắng trứng làm 3 phần, múc từng phần vào hỗn hợp lòng đỏ khi nãy rồi dùng kĩ thuật fold thật nhẹ tay trộn đều 2 phần nguyên liệu này với nhau.
Đặt giấy lót vào khuôn nướng sau đó bạn đổ hỗn hợp vào khuôn rồi dàn đều, đập khuôn vài lần trước khi nướng để làm bể hết các bọt khí dư. Bạn nướng bánh ở 170 độ C trong 14 phút.
Sau khi bánh nướng xong bạn lấy để lên rế rồi phết một lớp mỏng kem sữa chua Greek lên trên, xếp phần trái nho thật đều một hàng rồi cuộn bánh lại thật chặt tay, dùng màng bọc thực phẩm bọc chặt cuộn bánh lại rồi để vào tủ lạnh khoảng 2-3 tiếng cho bánh được mát và định hình.
Cắt bánh ra rồi thưởng thức ngay nào! Thưởng thức miếng bánh bông lan nho cùng với ly sữa nóng cho bữa sáng thì quả là ý tưởng tuyệt vời phải không nhỉ?
