Cũng là món đậu hũ nhồi nhưng hôm nay thay đổi tí cho bữa cơm chay thêm phong phú thì công thức dưới đây sẽ chiên giòn ăn kèm với nước sốt nhé! Thử thay đổi cho món chay nhà bạn xem.
Đậu hủ trắng cắt đôi, dùng dao khía hình vuông trên miếng đậu hủ rồi luồng dao ngang phía bên miếng đậu sau đó đẩy miếng đậu hình vuông ở giữa lên.
Nấm mèo ngâm nở, rửa sạch và cắt nhỏ. Trộn đều bột năng và bột chiên giòn.
Bóp nhuyễn phần đậu hủ hình vuông vừa lấy ra, trộn cùng nấm mèo. Nêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm chay, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 số hành boa rô băm nhỏ và 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu rồi trộn đều.
Sau đó dùng muỗng múc nhân nhồi lại vào miếng đậu. Lăn miếng đậu vào chén bột, cho bột bám đều các mặt.
Bắc chảo dầu thật sôi rồi cho đậu vào chiên. Vớt ra để ráo dầu. Phần nhân khi nhồi còn dư sẽ làm sốt. Phi thơm boa rô còn lại, cho phần nhân dư vào xào chín rồi tắt bếp. Cho 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm chay, 1 muỗng cà phê đường, 2 muỗng canh tương cà vào trộn đều rồi bật bếp lên nêm nếm vừa ăn. Cho ít dầu màu điều vào rồi tắt bếp.
Khi ăn bày ra dĩa và rưới sốt lên miếng đậu. Nhìn hấp dẫn chưa kìa!
