Chả cá trộn nấm thịt có vị mềm ngọt đặc trưng khác với các loại chả cá dai thông thường. Món chả cá chiên nóng hỏi, chấm cùng tương ớt, tương cà cay chua hấp dẫn, có thể ăn với cơm hoặc canh, bún đều ngon.
Cá, nấm, hành tây, cà rốt thái miếng nhỏ. Cho cá, thịt heo, nấm, hành tây, cà rốt, 1g muối, 5g đường, 5ml rượu nấu ăn, 1/4 muỗng cà phê tiêu vào máy xay. Xay nhuyễn hỗn hợp.
Cho hỗn hợp cá xay ra thau, thêm 1 muỗng canh bột bắp và 1.5 muỗng canh bột chiên xù vào trộn đều. Viên chả cá thành từng viên tròn nhỏ rồi ấn dẹt.
Đun nóng dầu ăn trong chảo, cho chả cá vào chiên chín vàng đều hai mặt là được.
