Bật trước lò nướng ở 400 độ F. Khoai lang rửa sạch, bào mỏng. Ướp khoai lang với dầu olive, muối, bột tỏi, bột hành rồi trộn đều. Xịt dầu chống dính lên khau, xếp khoai lang ra khay nướng trên 1 lớp duy nhất, nướng 10 phút, sau đó tắt lò để yên khoai trong 25-30 phút nữa.
Trong lúc nướng khoai, bạn đun chảy bơ rồi cho bột mì vào đảo đều, kế đó là sữa tươi, đun sôi khoảng 1-2 phút cho hỗn hợp đặc lại. Nêm thêm muối và tiêu rồi để riêng. Đem thịt xông khói áp chảo trên một cái chảo cho ra bớt mỡ rồi cắt nhỏ. Khoai nướng xong, bạn cho ra ngoài rồi rưới sốt phô mai lên.
Bạn rắc thêm thịt xông khói và hành lá thái nhỏ lên khoai là chúng ta đã có một món snack thơm ngon rồi. Món snack khoai lang được nướng chín vàng giòn với nhiệt độ vừa phải, sốt phô mai với các gia vị đơn giản nhưng vẫn đảm bảo được vị ngon giòn hấp dẫn của khoai.
