Cách làm khoai lang nướng: Gọt vỏ khoai lang, cắt thành thanh dài. Làm nóng chảy bơ trong tô, thêm tỏi băm, ớt bột, muối, tiêu vào, khuấy đều.
Rưới đều hỗn hợp bơ đã làm ở bước 1 lên khoai lang. Dùng tay trộn đều để khoai ngấm gia vị.
Cho khoai lang vào lò, nướng khoảng 15 phút ở nhiệt độ 230 độ C. Trong khi chờ khoai lang nướng chín, chúng ta làm sốt chấm khoai: Cho vào chén 1 lượng tương ớt và mayonnaise, khuấy đều đến khi sốt ra màu cam đẹp mắt là được.
Cho khay khoai lang nướng ra ngoài, để hơi nguội. Xếp khoai lang nướng ra đĩa, dọn lên ăn cùng sốt tương ớt - mayonnaise đã làm. Vị beo béo của bơ, cay, mặn của gia vị hòa cùng khoai lang nướng béo bùi, giòn tan ăn cực hấp dẫn.
